We want you to love your home. If a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
